The Silchester Furnishing Company is based just north of Basingstoke in the village of Sherborne St. John (See map). Formed in 1988 it has now become a leading retailer of floorcoverings and soft furnishings for the discerning home owner.

In addition to fabric and carpet collections from the major producers, owners Tony and Sue Robinson have amassed a large and interesting collection of oriental carpets, something quite unique to the area.

Together with Lynn Chambers, the resident Interior Designer, The Silchester Furnishing Company has become the one-stop shop for home furnishings in North Hampshire.
